  • The analysis is able to recognize the cracks and ruffle of products and predict the accuracy deficiency after stamping caused by torsion and rebound. Cause analysis and measures study will be done on the prediciton result.



  • "Heating the materials up to high temperature, then quenching and stamping at the same time, the products with high strength are yielded. This heat forming process is now under CAE analysis.
    Through simulation, the temperature field's influence on the materials characteristics change could be seen. Thus, product hardness and the temperature could be evaluated in advance."


  •   Building up CAE model through the product analysis, NSY assesses the molding process on the basis of computer simulation so as to control the products' molding defects in advance such as ruffling, thinning and thickening etc.

  • Progressive blanking:Progressive blanking is a process combining punching and blanking which is able to tremendously increase the material utilization.

    Thermoforming:Thermoforming is a stamping process that feeding the hot sheet steel into the die cavity with manipulator and stamping, pressurizing and quenching it using the die itself, then the product with super strength and light weight is yielded.

    Shot blasting:Shot blasting is a process that clearing the oxide skin of stamping products by use of steel shot with high efficiency.

    Laser cutting:Laser cutting is a process that cutting the product using high-power laser beam. It works fastly and steadily and it also can deflash and punch the high-strength steel.
