Chassis endurance laboratory of NSY applies the technology of Y-tec corporation and introduces the newest experimental equipments of American MTS and it can conduct the four-pathway force loading test as well as the displacement loading test at the same time. It is able to design and conduct experiments independently with the investigation and guidance from parent company in Japan .

"Installation condition of the torsion beam is the same with that after assembled.
NSY conducts the cyclic torsion test under the condition designated by customer to simulate the character of the torsion beam under real road condition. After the experiment, analysis will be done on the visible cracks and the slice cracks. "
Install the parts as in the real conditions. The test is done to simulate the characteristics change of front and rear frame under the real road condition of deceleration, acceleration, steering, and potholes. NSY conducts the cyclic fatigue test under the conditions designated by customers. Analysis will be done on the status of the test piece and its parts when the test finishes.
